Recycle Roots - Borderless Creatures Live
Recycled Roots is a four-country, gender-balanced acoustic–hybrid night where vintage and folk treasures are taken apart and rebuilt as bold new soundscapes. Italian cello-soprano, Iranian setar with electronics, Ukrainian bandura, and Russian ambient violin trade lines in call-and-response, fold in body percussion, and braid shared melodies into living, border-crossing stories. Curated by Borderless Creatures, the evening continues our exploration of acoustic instruments and hybrid setups—where a light structure supports connection, and freedom leads the way.

Borderless Creatures
Borderless Creatures is a Berlin-based music collective and platform connecting independent artists across cultures through acoustic instruments and hybrid setups. We curate intimate concerts, open jam sessions, and movement/visual collaborations, where deep listening, improvisation, and community care shape the experience. Our work centers fair pay, inclusive curation, and safer-space practice: no sexism, no racism, no homophobia, no transphobia, no hate. We support artists with production, PR, and high-quality documentation, and build long-term networks via residencies, workshops, and partnerships. Sustainability matters: light backline, local resources, digital-first materials. At Tag der Clubkultur we present live sets that turn roots into routes.
