OPEN DECKS Club Craft #1 @ LARK (FLINTA & BIPOC Priority)
06.10.2024 5pm-8pm @ LARK
Following two earlier workshops, participants will have the chance to run their own event and bring their clubbing experiences to life. This session will replicate the vibe of a typical club night, starting right after a concert (following the sound check workshop). We’ll have open decks, with possible B2B sets. The focus is on newcomers, and grassroots crews are welcome (up to 2 members DJing per crew).

LARK & FITZROY
Founded in 2010 as Marie-Antoinette (rebranded to LARK in 2023), and expanding in 2018 with the opening of Fitzroy, we operate two unique venues under the Jannowitzbrücke railway arches. LARK hosts concerts featuring grassroots to renowned artists, while Fitzroy is a hub for alternative dance music and experimental live acts. With a diverse, LGBTQIA+ and BIPoC-inclusive team of over 40 members, we prioritize equality, fair wages, and artistic collaboration. Hosting a wide range of events, both venues stand out for their inclusive culture, cutting-edge sound systems, and affordable drinks. Together, we continue to shape Berlin’s club culture through diversity and creativity.
