CTM presents Exponential Function

CTM and HdV combine immersive sound (Soundscape d&b) and lighting design (KLUK) in “Exponential Function,” a premiere that brings together some of the most popular and forward-thinking DJs and producers for a night of radical 360° sound experiments.

In the future, the event is to take place annually, always at the start of the event week celebrating “Tag der Clubkultur Berlin .”

With the help of d&b's Soundscape system and AMBRIO's “spatial” DJ mixer, which is not yet on the market, artists can design the sound in real time and transform the dance floor into a fully immersive sound experience.

With experiments like this, the still young but technologically and structurally impressive HdV is establishing itself as an important cultural hub of Berlin's music and art scene.

Haus der Visionäre / Sonnenraum

Das Haus der Visionäre (HdV) is a new project by the Club der Visionäre (CdV) that serves as an experimental cultural space to further develop Berlin's club culture and highlight its intersections
with art, dance, performance, technology, and education. Anchored in the structures of an established club culture, HdV offers 4,000 m² of versatile spaces in listed industrial halls – suitable
for warehouse raves as well as exhibitions, performances, workshops, or smaller club events. Its proximity to venues such as Festsaal Kreuzberg, Arena, and AEDEN places HdV at the center of a vibrant club scene. Since spring 2024, the Sonnenraum and Halle 2, as part of HdV, have been
venues for smaller, community-based events, such as the new Party Series Daycare. At the same time, HdV is developing into a venue for large-scale club nights and interdisciplinary collaborations, including with the CTM Festival, Manifesto.io, DANCAE, YellowLounge, and Art City.
