Berlin-Premiere Documentary film Rockers Don’t Stop: The Revival of Rockers Revenge
A powerful comeback story with grit and groove, a tale of friendship, resilience, and unfinished dreams, this documentary by legendary DJ/producer Arthur Baker follows 1980s dance pioneers Rockers Revenge as they reunite decades later to record their long-awaited debut album and step back on stage. What begins as a nostalgic return becomes a moving journey that explores the bonds of loyalty, the cost of loss, and the healing force of music.
The collective experiences of the group fed into songs that channel the anger, hope, and determination of the Black Lives Matter movement. Their story is not just about making music, but about survival, persistence, and the power of creative expression in the face of adversity.
