Club Care

 

For the launch of Club Care, Overflow hosts a participatory workshop exploring care as infrastructure for nightlife. Building on our Rave Wellbeing research, we move beyond individual recovery towards sensory, somatic, metabolic and collective care. Short impulses, embodied exercises and collaborative mapping bring together ravers, artists, organisers and venue teams. The format includes a sensory rest environment, metabolic bar and guided somatic moments by ZE:NA and tamypro. Together, we develop a first Club Care Blueprint for Berlin nightlife.
