From Bystander to Ally - actively taking care of each other
Â
Sometimes we see difficult situations at parties, but we don’t know what to do and end up being frustrated with ourselves. We want to change that!
We will use typical examples from awareness and psycare to practice overcoming our inhibitions. Topics are a first assessment of a situation, how to approach affected people, challenges, emergencies and our own boundaries. There will also be time for questions and sharing your own experiences.
The goal is not to replace an Awareness team, but to have some practical tips, so that we feel empowered to show up for ourselves and each other.
